My op ed for the National Times online went up! And, you can even see it on the front page view of the SMH website today. The initial title definitely did not have the term ‘alleged victim’ in it, but I’m still so happy to see it there!

What a story. Julian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks, poster boy for independent media and accountable government, accused of sexual assault. Interpol and the Swedish police are so keen to arrest him that anyone would think sexual assault was an international criminal priority. Except that it is not, and convictions are remarkably hard to come by.
